Vendor Incentives:
- 10% discount on merchandise over $25.00
- Payouts on the 10th and 25th
- If you are having difficulty or would like advice and or help merchandising your space for maximum sales we have staff and other vendors who are willing to assist you
- Dedicated Vendor Administrators to assist with all of your needs
Heritage Square Antique Mall prides itself on the quality of vendor merchandise in the mall. The guidelines below will assist you in knowing what you can expect from us and what we expect from you as a new vendor.
Gudelines:
- All items must be 1979 or older including collectibles
- Initial 1 month contract. Month to month after contract completion
- Security deposit to be left on contract signing and will remain until 30 day written notice of move out is received and completed
- Security deposit may not be used for first or final months rent
- All rent is due on the 1st of every month and is late after the 5th of the month
- A $30.00 late fee applies to all rent that is received after the 5th of the month
- A 10% commission deducted on all items sold
- Newer items are allowed but must be high end designer quality items and must be marked new
- Items in this category must not overwhelm a space but can be used to enhance a space. These items must not be available at local stores
- Booths are to be neat, well maintained, well stocked and well displayed
- Booths that are setup like a flea market or garage sale are not acceptable
- The mall and its management reserve the right to remove items that do not comply with our guidelines
- All items are to be tagged using Heritage Square Antique Mall tags
- All items are to be tagged prior to entry into the mall
- No crafts or homemade items are to be sold but can be used for display. These items must be marked NFS (not for sale)
- Reproductions must be marked as such and should not overwhelm a space but can be used to enhance a space
- Handwritten sale signs are not acceptable. We will be happy to make sales signs for you if needed
- Items that are removed from the mall by a vendor will be photographed
